Admission to Blessed Trinity for new students is made through formal registration. At this time, the following items must be presented:

  • Completed registration forms
  • Birth Certificate (copy)
  • Baptismal Certificate (copy)
  • Emergency Contact Form Completed
  • Records from any previous schools attended
  • School Entry Health Exam Form DH3040 or Physical Exam completed by a Florida licensed physician or Florida State/County Health Department
  • Department of Health Immunizations Certificate DH680 (For more information visit the Florida Health School Immunizations WebsiteNOTE: An exemption from immunization requirements is permissible only with a physician’s certification as to the need for either a temporary or permanent medical exemption. An exemption from immunization requirements is not permissible for religious, philosophical, personal, or other reasons.

The school has an open admission policy. No person, on the grounds of race, color, disability, or national origin, is excluded or otherwise subjected to discrimination in the receiving of services. Nor does the school discriminate in hiring, promotion, discharge, pay, fringe benefits, job training, classification, referral, and other aspects of employment on the basis of race, color, disability, age, gender, or national origin.

Some students may not be accepted because the school’s educational program and facilities are not able to meet the needs of the child. When the school cannot accept all applicants, those students not accepted are encouraged to enroll in the parish Religious Education classes (R.E.).

Blessed Trinity Catholic School admits students of any race, color, and national, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students at the school. Blessed Trinity School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, or athletic and other school administered policies. The school does not discriminate on the basis of disability if, with reasonable accommodations, the student can meet the academic and behavioral requirements of the school.
