“The school employs or contracts teachers who hold baccalaureate or higher degrees, have at least 3 years of teaching experience in public or private schools, or have special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in subjects taught.”
Florida Statutes require each private school that accepts scholarship students to post (here) that all employees have an affirmative duty to report all actual or suspected cases of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect . They also require us to post (here) the policies and procedures for reporting alleged misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators which affects the health, safety or welfare of a student.
