7th Grade Retreat: Saturday, February 25, 2012 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with Mass. Students bring their own lunch.
Ash Wednesday School Mass: Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 9:30 a.m.
Meet the Builder: See attached flyer for information on the special guest attending our Home & School Meeting on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall.
No Classes Friday: No classes on Friday, February 24th, 2012 in honor of our beloved teacher, Mrs. Marlene Wolff.
Re-Registration for 2012-2013 School Year: It’s registration time once again. Re-registration packets went home last Thursday. Re-Registration: Tuesday, February 21 thru Monday, February 27, 2012. Late Registration will be from Tuesday, February 28 thru Monday, March 5, 2012. Re-registration forms and fees not received by Mar. 5, will be deemed as a non-returning student. After that date, if availability still exists, an additional late fee will be assessed.
NOTE: Incomplete packets will not be accepted. Also, if there are any outstanding tuition payments and/or fees, registration will not be accepted until those fees are current.
Principal’s Prayer Pals
Mission: Starting the morning with prayer and being fueled by the Eucharist.
Any student in Grades 5 thru 8, who would like to join Mrs. Perez at morning Mass to pray for the intentions of our school and parish family, may be dropped off at the Church from approximately 7:20 a.m. After Communion, Mrs. Perez will walk all students over to share announcements in the Parish Hall.

Afterschool Homework Help: BTS Teachers are offering afterschool homework help for 2nd thru 8th Grades Mondays thru Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost is $60.00 a week.

Mission Statement: The Association shall act to promote unity, maintain a spirit of fellowship among the Alumni of Blessed Trinity Catholic School, and serve as an ambassador to the community in an effort to advance the interests of BTS. The Association will unify alumni and facilitate the involvement of its members in the various spiritual, educational, volunteer and community service activities of the parish. Finally, the Association will raise funds for the Blessed Trinity Scholarship Fund and be an active participant in choosing the recipients.
Annual Dues & Services: Annual dues are $25 and include a quarterly E-newsletter and happy hour networking function. The Association will facilitate social, spiritual and professional gatherings to promote the unity of its members. Members can list job opportunities in the online job bank, attend networking functions; participate in retreats and annual events. All funds raised will benefit the Blessed Trinity Scholarship Fund. Spread the word to all alumni!
Contact Information: Parents must notify the School Office, in writing, of any changes to Contact Information (e-mail, Phone numbers, address, etc.).
Parents must provide a note from the Doctor/Dentist or Health Facility to the School Office in order for a tardy, early dismissal or absence to be considered excused.
Virtus: All parents/volunteers must submit their Virtus Certificate of Complete or Re-Certification to the School Office. Please note this requirement is in addition to fingerprint clearance.
