Blessed Trinity Catholic School admits students of any race, color, and national, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students at the school. New Students
Students who are new to our school will be on probation for the first semester. At the close of the period, they will be evaluated for progress, both academically and behaviorally, to ensure that they are able to progress in our program.

All new students will be screened upon applying for admission. A testing fee of $25.00 will be charged.

Documents Required
Admission to Blessed Trinity for new students is made through formal registration in early Spring. At this time, the following items must be presented:

  • Completed registration form
  • Birth Certificate (copy)
  • Baptismal Certificate (copy)
  • Data of any medical problem which the child may have
  • Social Security Number
  • Florida Certificate of Immunization (HRS 680)
  • Records from any previous schools attended

Children and Family Services Requirements

  • Children entering, attending, or transferring to Pre-K and Kindergarten in Florida schools are required to have completed the Hepatitis B vaccination series.
  • A second dose of measles vaccine (preferably MMR) will be required for children attending Kindergarten through Fifth grade.
  • ALL STUDENTS entering, attending or transferring to SEVENTH GRADE will be required to have a completed Hepatitis B vaccination series, a second measles vaccination (preferably MMR) and a tetanus-diphtheria booster.
  • All students are required to have an up-to-date Florida Certificate of Immunization (HRS 680) and physical exam from a doctor.
  • Varicella vaccine is required for entry and attendance in Pre-K and Kindergarten effective with the 2001-2002 school year. In each subsequent year thereafter, the next highest grades are included. Susceptible children 13 years of age or older should receive 2 doses, given at least 4 weeks apart. Varicella vaccine is required if the child has a documented history of the Varicella disease.

NOTE: Failure to provide the correct vaccination information will exclude the student from classes until the original forms are brought into the office.
