Dear Parents:

We have uploaded the revised Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) for both Technology and Picture Usage. Please read the information carefully on these forms. A separate AUP needs to be filled out for each child in your family that is attending Blessed Trinity School (BTS). All forms must be submitted no later than the first day of class.

• ALL students must submit an AUP for Picture Usage signed by a Parent/Legal Guardian.

• Kindergarten thru 2nd Grade -- Print and submit the AUP for Technology (PK3 thru 2nd Grade), signed by a Parent/Legal Guardian.

• 3rd thru 8th Grade -- Print and submit the AUP Acknowledgement Form signed by the student and a Parent/Legal Guardian.
